You Or A Loved One Are Hospitalized
Please call the church office at 651 437 4398 if you are hospitalized or if you have an emergency.  This is very important because the hospitals do not contact the church if you are hospitalized.  The pastors and Stephen Ministers  make regular hospital visits and would be honored to call on you and pray with you during your hospital stay.  Please do not hesitate to ask.

If You Lose A loved One
Please call our office  immediately.  A very important part of their ministry is to be with you and your family during the loss of a loved one.  We will offer God's strength and companionship, answer questions, and help you plan a service to celebrate the life of your loved one.

If You Need Counseling
If you need counseling regarding a spiritual issue, a family matter, or a concern in your life, feel free to contact any of the church  to set up an appointment.  Call the church office, 651 437 4398, for information.

Martha's Hands :

Martha's Hands, to help provide meals for families that need a break.  If you know someone who is recovering from surgery, has recently had a baby or is temporarily unable to cook for their family, we are here for you!  We plan to have meals frozen at the church for emergency situations and we also need volunteers willing to cook when the need arises.

Don't like to cook, but still want to help?  Martha's Hands will accept monetary donations, disposable pans and gift certificates to restaurants.  Please contact John Mitchem or Maxx Rose if you would like to participate in the ministry that Martha exemplified in John 12:1-3.  By serving the people of HUMC and Hastings, you are serving Jesus!  (You can reach John at church,  john@hastingsumc.org, 437-4398 or email/call Maxx maxine_rose@hotmail.com, 437-7408).
